When using such products, it is necessary to place a sandbag on the back support for safety.

If there is a defect with the product, damage during shipping or missing items (e.g. components) , please send us an image of the issue next to the packaging and a photo of the shipping label(s) to info@whitecorner.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with an explanation. We will then attempt to rectify the issue or send a replacement.
If you cannot receive the parcel(s) on the day of delivery due to personal circumstances, please contact the courier before delivery to reschedule.
